I love music. To be perfectly honest, my life would be pretty shit without it. I play drums and flute, and my favourite bands are the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against the Machine, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Bob Marley, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Smashing Pumpkins, Beached Whales, Guns 'n' Roses, Rush, The White Stripes, some Linkin Park and Velvet Revolver . Who are the Beached Whales, I hear you ask? Well, you'll just have to google it... I play a bit of rugby in my free time, and I love going out with mates on weekends , or just into town on weekdays. I started reading Darren Shan at about 10 years of age, and I've been hooked ever since. I'd say my favourite Saga book is Tunnels of Blood, or Lake of Souls. My favourite Demonata book is Demon Thief. Other authors that I enjoy reading include Anthony Horowitz, Stephen King, Garth Nix, Lian Hearn and occasionally J. R. R. Tolkien, although sometimes I think his work is incredibly boring.
